Getting started
Creating your account
Download FarmFlow from Google Play and sign in with email, Google, or Facebook. You can also browse as a guest — but you'll need an account to message sellers, save listings, or sell.
Setting your location
FarmFlow uses your device's approximate location to suggest your nearest town, so listings near you appear first. You can change your town at any time in your profile, and each listing carries its own location independent of your profile.
Buying on FarmFlow
- Search and filter — browse by category, island, and town. Distance is calculated from your selected town.
- Message the seller — all contact starts in the app's messaging. Agree on price, quantity, and where to meet.
- Pay in person — FarmFlow does not process payments between buyers and sellers. Treat every transaction as a face-to-face trade, and read our Safety Tips before you meet.
Selling on FarmFlow
- Create a listing — add photos, a clear title, price, quantity, and the town where the goods are located.
- Check the rules first — some items can't be listed at all, and some categories (livestock, meat, machinery) require Verified Seller status. See Prohibited Items and the Verified Seller Programme.
- Keep listings current — mark items as sold and remove stale listings. Accurate listings rank better and build buyer trust.
Your account
- Email preferences — you choose whether we send marketing emails. Manage this in Settings → Notifications, or use the unsubscribe link in any email.
- Reporting a problem — every listing and conversation has a report option. Reports go to our moderation team; see Community Guidelines for how reviews work.
- Deleting your account — you can delete your account and data from within the app or from this website. See Delete My Account & Data.
