Option 1 — In the app (fastest)
Open FarmFlow and go to Settings → Account → Delete account. You'll be asked to confirm. Deletion begins immediately.
Option 2 — From this page (no app needed)
Email us from the address on your FarmFlow account:
Use the subject line "Account deletion request". We'll verify the request came from your account's email address and confirm once deletion is complete. Requests are actioned promptly.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- Your profile, including display name and town
- All of your listings and listing photos
- Your messages and conversations
- Your saved favourites and preferences
- Your marketing consent record (your consent is withdrawn)
What we keep, and why
A small amount of data is retained after deletion where the law requires it or where it's needed to protect other users:

Retained records are kept securely, are not used for any other purpose, and are deleted when the retention period ends.
Before you go
- Deletion is permanent — your listings, messages, and verified status (if any) cannot be recovered.
- If you only want to stop marketing emails, you don't need to delete your account: turn them off in Settings → Notifications or use the unsubscribe link in any email.
- If something's wrong with the app, tell us — we may be able to fix it.
