1. Who these terms are between
These terms are an agreement between you and Civil Digital, the operator of FarmFlow ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using FarmFlow, you agree to them.
2. What FarmFlow is — and isn't
FarmFlow is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of agricultural goods in the Caribbean. We are a facilitator, not a party to any sale. We do not own, inspect, warehouse, deliver, or guarantee any item listed. The contract for any sale is between the buyer and the seller alone, and payment is arranged between them, outside the app.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use FarmFlow. You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. One person or business per account.
4. Listings and seller obligations
- You may only list items you own or are lawfully authorised to sell.
- Listings must be accurate — real photos, honest descriptions, genuine prices, and the true location of the goods.
- You must comply with the Prohibited Items Policy. Restricted categories (livestock, meat, agricultural machinery) may only be listed by approved Verified Sellers.
- You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your sale — including licensing, animal traceability, food safety, and tax obligations in your country.
5. Verified Seller Programme
Access to restricted categories requires verification under the Verified Seller Programme, which carries its own fees and a separate seller agreement. Verification confirms that you have presented the required documents; it is not an endorsement or guarantee of you or your goods. Verified status may be suspended or withdrawn if your documents lapse or you breach these terms.
6. Boosted listings
Sellers may purchase boost credit to promote listings. Boosts are arranged directly with us and paid outside the app; credit is then applied to your seller account. Boost fees are non-refundable once a boost has started, except where required by law. Boosting a listing does not exempt it from moderation.
7. Donations
Optional donations to support FarmFlow's development are processed through Google Play Billing and are subject to Google Play's payment terms. Donations are voluntary, confer no additional features or privileges, and are non-refundable except as provided by Google Play's refund policies.
8. Acceptable use
You must not use FarmFlow to harass, defraud, or mislead others; to send spam; to scrape or copy the platform; to interfere with its operation; or to violate any law. The Community Guidelines form part of these terms.
9. Moderation, suspension, and termination
We may remove listings, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or put users at risk. Where reasonable, we'll tell you why and give you a route to appeal. You can close your account at any time — see Account & Data Deletion.
10. Content you post
You keep ownership of the photos and text you post. You grant us a licence to host, display, and promote your listings within FarmFlow and in FarmFlow marketing. You confirm your content doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.
11. Disclaimers and liability
FarmFlow is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of items listed, for the conduct of users, or for losses arising from transactions between users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. For material changes we'll give you notice in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use FarmFlow after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, unless the law of your country of residence gives you additional non-waivable rights.
