Be honest
- List only what you actually have, with real photos and accurate descriptions.
- Honour the prices and quantities in your listings when buyers contact you.
- Don't impersonate other people, farms, or businesses.
Be respectful
- No harassment, threats, hate speech, or discriminatory content in listings, profiles, or messages.
- No sexual content — FarmFlow is a workplace for farmers and buyers.
- Haggling is welcome; abuse is not.
Keep it agricultural and lawful
- Follow the Prohibited Items Policy — no illegal or restricted goods without the required verification.
- No spam, chain messages, pyramid schemes, or advertising for other platforms.
How moderation works
Listings pass automated checks when published and can be reviewed by our human moderation team at any time — either routinely or because a user reported them. Moderators can remove content, require changes, restrict features, or suspend accounts depending on severity. Serious violations (fraud, dangerous goods, threats) result in immediate suspension and may be reported to authorities.
Reporting
Every listing, profile, and conversation has a report option. Reports are confidential — the person you report is never told who reported them. False or malicious reporting is itself a violation.
Appeals
If your listing was removed or your account was restricted and you believe we got it wrong, you can appeal through the notification you received in the app, or by contacting support with your account email and the listing title. Appeals are reviewed by a moderator who wasn't involved in the original decision, and we aim to respond within five working days.
